Book a demoBuilt for how your organization is actually structured
The same cascading org hierarchy, applied differently across industries.
Set up once. It just keeps working.
Three steps, and you never think about it again.
1. Set your brand once
Logo, colors, font, compliance fields — saved at the organization level, not re-entered per member.
2. Members connect in one click
An invite link, a Google sign-in — no password sharing, no IT install.
3. Every inbox updates automatically
New hire, brand refresh, role change — it stays in sync, everywhere, on its own.
Works in Gmail and Outlook
Connect once and every inbox stays current — whether your team is on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or a mix of both.
Gmail and Google Workspace
One click per person, and the signature is written straight into their Gmail. Edit a template and every connected inbox updates automatically.
Microsoft 365 and Outlook
Your admin installs a small Outlook add-in once. It adds each person's signature to every new message, reply and forward — in Outlook for Windows, Mac and the web.
The signature underneath every email is doing more than you think
It renders on every message your team sends — to people already inside a relationship with your organization. Here's what the research says.
Revenue lift linked to consistent branding
Lucidpress / Demand Metric
Est. monthly branded impressions for a 20-person team
based on average professional email volume
Typical click rate on a signature promo banner
Signitic
Signature examples, live and ready to use
10 professionally designed layouts — from a classic business-card look to an animated promo banner. Pick one, or let members choose from a set you approve.
Classic
Headshot left, info right. Works everywhere — the safe default.
Top Banner
A solid-color masthead bar carries the organization name up top.
Modern Minimal
No photo. A colored rule, generous whitespace, one clear read.
Photo Badge
Large ringed headshot, designations shown as small badge chips.
Plus 6 more, including social-first and luxury-serif looks — see them all on the solutions page or the real estate deep dive.
Control, consistency, and conversions — from one place
A real org hierarchy means the brand change you make at the top actually reaches everyone underneath it, automatically.
Real org hierarchy
Organization → office → team → member — your brand cascades the way your company actually works.
Control from one place
Change the logo or a compliance field once, and it updates everywhere it applies — no per-person edits.
Consistency, enforced
No off-brand, outdated, or hand-typed signature slips through — every member inherits the current version.
Every email, a touchpoint
A consistent, on-brand signature on every message is a small but real lift to trust and click-through.
A signature that helps your emails land, not get filtered
A signature rides along on every email your team sends. Built wrong — oversized images, no alt text, a shortened link, too many icons — it quietly works against your deliverability on all of them. Every layout here is engineered against that, automatically.
Lightweight images, automatically
Headshots and logos are resized and compressed on upload — no full-resolution camera photos or multi-megabyte scraped logos bloating your emails.
Alt text on every image
Missing alt attributes are a real spam-filter penalty. Every headshot, logo, and banner gets real alt text by default — not left for someone to forget.
No URL shorteners, ever
Shortened links are a known spam signal. Every link in a rendered signature is a full, real HTTPS destination.
Clean, table-based HTML
No external stylesheets, no scripts, no animated GIFs outside the one layout built for them — the format mail clients and filters trust most.
Frequently asked questions
Do members need to install anything?
No. Everyone clicks one invite link, signs in with Google, and their Gmail signature is live — no browser extension, no IT ticket, no software to install.
What happens when someone joins or leaves?
Add or offboard them from the dashboard. A new member inherits your brand automatically; an offboarded member's access is revoked immediately — no manual cleanup.
Does this work with Microsoft 365 or Outlook?
Yes. Gmail and Google Workspace connect in one click and update automatically. Microsoft 365 / Outlook works through a small add-in your Microsoft 365 admin installs once: it adds each person's current signature to new messages, replies and forwards in Outlook for Windows, Mac and the web, and in recent versions of the mobile apps. Your admin can also pick people from your Microsoft 365 directory to add and invite them in bulk. The Outlook side is newer than our Gmail connection, so start with a small pilot group, and tell us about your setup on the contact page.
What's the difference between this and Gmail's built-in signature settings?
Google Workspace's Admin Console can append one static footer to every outgoing email, but it can't personalize a name, photo, or title per employee, and it can't vary by office or team. This fills that gap — every member gets their own accurate, on-brand signature, centrally controlled but individually correct.
How does the org hierarchy actually work?
Four levels: organization, office, team, member. Set your brand at the top and every level below inherits it automatically. Need a regional office or one department to look slightly different? Override it at that level only — everything underneath still inherits from there down. Nothing has to be re-entered per person.
What does a real estate agent legally need in an email signature?
It varies by state, but most require a license number somewhere in marketing communications, and many brokerages add MLS membership and an Equal Housing Opportunity statement or logo. Some states go further — California requires a DRE number, Texas requires a TREC number and consumer protection notice. These are real, first-class fields in the product — see the real estate page for the full rundown.
How is this different from a generic tool like Exclaimer, or a vertical one like SyncSignature?
Generic enterprise signature tools (Exclaimer, CodeTwo, WiseStamp) model your organization as a flat list or a mail rule, not a real hierarchy. Vertical tools like SyncSignature are closer, but usually built around one industry. Where we differ: a real four-level org hierarchy that brand and overrides cascade through automatically, optional industry-specific compliance fields (real estate today, more coming), and every layout renders live in the app — not a static preview image.
Is this only for large organizations?
No — it works the same whether it's just you or a 500-person, multi-office enterprise. Solo users build their signature first and pay $15 a year when they are ready to use it; organizations add centralized branding, compliance fields, and admin controls on top.
Is our data secure?
Yes. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, we never see or store your email password, and any member can revoke access from their own Google account at any time.
Ready to make every inbox on-brand?
$15 a year for one person — build yours first, pay when you're ready. Built to scale to your whole organization.
